ABOUT ABOUT

The Grundy Museum is proud to present our Annual Tea. Happily we will be offering both Takeout Tea and Dine-in Tea this year. Both types of tea will be created by Chef Sue Duffy Arroyo and sweets by Bricky Girl Tea Room. Lunch includes a selection of tea sandwiches, fruit, a scone, tea and sweets. When you check in at the Museum entrance at your selected time, present your ticket, and staff dressed in tea attire, will be happy to see you and deliver your lunch.

Takeout Tea will be a boxed tea lunch available for curbside pickup. Two time slots are available, 11:00am and 1:00pm. Guests will have the option to make their own hot cup of tea or choose bottled tea.

The Dine-in will be a boxed tea with tabled seating on the newly renovated South lawn of the Museum. Ticket time for the Dine-in option is 12:00pm. Boxed tea lunch includes the same delicious food prepared by Chef Sue Duffy Arroyo and Bricky Girl tea Room as well as hot tea served at each table. The Dine-in option has limited number of tickets and cannot be adjusted once they are sold out.

Guests are encouraged to share their Takeout Tea pictures on social media from home, or wherever they are dining.  The river-level grounds of the Grundy campus will be open to allow guests to bring a blanket or chairs to enjoy their lunch. Restrictions may apply.

We hope you’ll consider ordering several lunches to have your own tea at home with family or friends. Your participation aids the Grundy Museum in reaching its goals.

The Annual Tea serves as one of two final fundraisers for Museum projects through the Grundy Foundation CanDoMore campaign.

Donations are gratefully accepted the day of the event or can be made anytime. Please visit the Grundy Foundation website for information on how to make a donation.
