Join us for our 3rd Annual Victorian Holiday House. Our first and second floor will be open and decorated with new designs. Local business owner Jimmy Bason Gilpatrick and his staff of Bird of Paradise Flowers, have once again partnered with the Grundy Museum staff as well as a few other "locals" who are lending their talents and collections to create new displays for the Holiday Season. See a magnificent collection of nutcrackers owned by Bristol Riverside Theater's, Senior Director of Relationships, David Abers, a Byer's Choice collection, vintage toys from Canal's End Antiques, a set of Lenox China owned by the Quatrocchi family of Bristol Borough and so much more.
Tours will be offered throughout the month of December. Daytime tours will be held Monday through Thursday and Saturdays. Evening tours will be held on Fridays. Cost for tours will be $30 per adult admission (18 and older) and free for child admission (17 and under) .
All tours will consist of a one hour docent led tour of the Museum's first and second floors. Each guest will receive a takeaway gift to celebrate the season!
All proceeds benefit the Grundy Foundation CanDoMore Campaign, which focuses on the conservation of select Grundy family textiles. Donations are gratefully accepted the day of the event or can be made anytime. Please visit the Grundy Foundation website for information on how to make a donation.
Because this is a timed entry event, late arrivals may not be accommodated.
