We will once again be hosting the Museum’s Annual Tea as a Take-Out Tea event. All proceeds will benefit the Grundy Foundation CanDoMore Campaign 4, which focuses on the conservation of select Grundy family textiles and the purchase of new state-of-the-art 3D printing technologies for the Grundy Library.
When you check in at the Museum entrance, present your ticket and our welcoming staff, dressed in tea attire, will greet you and deliver your Take-Out Tea boxed lunch. Guests are encouraged to share their Take-Out Tea pictures on social media from home, or wherever they are dining. We are happy to announce the partnership of Bristol's own Chef Sue Duffy Arroyo and The Bricky Girl Tea Room. Chef Sue will supply the savory, which includes her delicious tea sandwiches and fresh fruit. The Bricky Girl Tea Room will provide the sweet, which includes their amazing scones with lemon curd and petit fours. Butter and tea accompaniments will be provided as well. The Riverfront Park of the Grundy campus will be open to allow guests to bring a blanket or chairs to enjoy their lunch. Restrictions may apply.
We hope you’ll consider ordering several boxed Take-Out Teas to enjoy with family or friends. Your participation aids the Grundy Museum in reaching its goals.
Donations are gratefully accepted the day of the event or can be made anytime. Please visit the Grundy Foundation website for information on how to make a donation.
