Historic Bristol Day Walk & Talk

By The Margaret R. Grundy Memorial Museum (other events)

5 Dates Through Oct 17, 2020

The Margaret R. Grundy Memorial Museum will be offering a free outdoor Walk and Talk Tour on Historic Bristol Day. This 30-minute outdoor tour of the entire Grundy campus will begin at the Museum entrance where you will check in with your docent. During the tour, find out about the Grundy family's domestic staff and learn about Bristol artist Joseph Pavone who created Senator Grundy's sculpture. Local tips and information will be shared with travelers to enrich their visit to historic Bristol Borough. An assortment of take home craft kits will be available (quantities limited). While here, step into Margaret's Garden and snap a photo in the Selfie-Station so you can share your visit on social media. Don't forget to tag the Grundy Museum!

This is a free tour, but donations are gratefully accepted on the day of the event or any time online. Please visit the Grundy Foundation website for more information or to make a donation.

Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

We care about the safety of our visitors and staff. For this reason, face masks are required for everyone over the age of 2 years old, including your docent.
Please be prepared for physical activity. Your tour includes multiple sets of stairs and a steep ramp.
